Strawberry Ogura Cake

Ingredients:
A
5 egg yolks
1 egg
120g strawberry yoghurt (me:Elle&Vire)
60g cooking oil
100g cake flour
B
5 egg white
1/4tsp salt
1tsp lemon juice
100g castor sugar
Method:
1. Whisk with a hand whisk the A ingredients until combined and smooth. Set aside.
2. Beat egg white, salt and lemon juice until foamy then add in castor sugar gradually and continue to beat until soft peaks.
3. Add 1/3 of meringue into the yolk batter and mix well with spatula to combine from bottom and fold up. Add another 1/3 and mix till combined. Lastly add the last portion until well combined.
4. Pour into a 20cm of round baking pan (lined with baking sheet at the bottom), and bake in a water bath method at 170'C for 55minutes.
